A. Our site functions solely as a listing service, where event organizers can list and sell their tickets, being responsible for their listings. When a ticket is purchased, the payment is handled by PayPal. We opt for PayPal to manage transactions as it provides security and protection for buyers. Sellers need to have a registered email with PayPal to receive payments. We deduct fees from the seller for each ticket sold, not from the buyer.
B. PayPal offers a service called PayPal Purchase Protection that covers any payer on the platform in case of problems. If an item doesn't arrive or is significantly "not as described" by a seller, PayPal will facilitate a full refund.
C. When you buy a ticket or an item, the total charge on your statement will be in two parts: one part for the seller's payment and another part for the DESIFORMAL Fee. The total will be displayed at checkout.
